La Rencontre
The Encounter
3440 is constituted of friends who come from all over the world. This first exhibition was an opportunity to celebrate our friendship, and enjoy with our new friends made at this event!
Activity of the night: everyone was able to paint on canvas, in order to create 3 paintings and to gather everyone around art.
Event #2
SHODO
La voie de l'écriture
SHODO is a Japanese word which is often translated as "the way of artistic hand writing or beautiful writing". This is what the second 3440 exhibition was all about: the art of writing, drawing and using lines.
There was a hand-poke tattoo artist, which tattooed 8 people during the night.
Activity of the night: based on the Cadavre Exquis concept, people were asked to complete a story, only looking at the previous page's content.
